French Bilingual, Claims Quality Assurance Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a French Bilingual, Claims Quality Assurance Analyst in Canada.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of pet medical insurance claims across a fast-growing claims operations environment. You will review medical documentation, invoices, and claim files to ensure adjudications align with established policies and quality standards. Working closely with claims teams and leadership, you will help maintain high-quality outcomes for pet owners and veterinary partners. The position also contributes to audits, payment validation, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance. You will operate in a dynamic, collaborative, and fully remote environment supporting clients across Canada, including Québec. This is an impactful role where precision, analytical thinking, and bilingual communication directly influence customer trust and service quality.

Accountabilities:
  • Review medical records, invoices, claim forms, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate adjudication of pet insurance claims in line with policy guidelines.
  • Support claims teams in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and fairness in claim decisions, including complex or sensitive cases.
  • Participate in claims payment verification audits and contribute to the preparation, tracking, and analysis of audit results.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within claims processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Translate and transcribe medical and customer communications between French and English as needed.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment by maintaining productivity, accuracy, and collaboration across distributed teams.
Requirements:
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Valid Damage Insurance Claims Adjuster License (Personal Lines) in Québec.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims adjudication.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based environment.
  • Experience in pet insurance claims or veterinary clinic environments is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and web-based systems in a digital workflow environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes, priorities, and operational needs in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to delivering high-quality customer and partner service.
