We are exploring the launch of a new pediatric practice in Thompson Station and are seeking a pediatrician who wants more than a traditional associate role.

From day one, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical experience, care model, and community relationships of a practice built to last.

The Role

· Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents

· Build long-term, trusted relationships with families

Qualifications

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

· Eligible for state medical licensure

· DEA license (or ability to obtain)

· Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

· Interest in community engagement and practice-building
