| Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week). Frequent evening and weekend work. Daytime hours will be flexible to make room for evening and weekend responsibilities. |
| Job Summary | Fraternal Housing Coordinators(FHC)s work directly with a chapter as live-in house director. This includes providing on-site monitoring of residential facilities by living full-time in the chapter residence, daily interaction with student members, student support in the chapter facility, and communication with various campus partners. In addition, the FHC works in the FSL Office through chapter coaching and event support, FSL presentations, and co-advising support for the FSL Community. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success. |
