We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to support the Continuous Quality Improvement department and associated quality improvement activities. Under the direction of the CQI Administrator, the Office Coordinator contributes to smooth day-to-day operations and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the agency’s mission-driven work.

Typical Tasks Will Include:
- Perform general office tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for meetings, training, and events.
- Provide complex clerical support to the CQI team. Serves as the primary support person to the CQI Administrator
- Proofread and distribute memos and other documents. Create and edit reports and presentations
- Assists with maintaining and updating agency policies, procedures, and standard operating materials, ensuring timely communication and accessibility for staff.
- Supports the development, organization, and revision tracking of agency forms, templates, and operational documents used across programs.
- Prepares, organizes, and updates training materials, orientation resources, and related documentation for agency use.
- Supports agency continuity and emergency preparedness functions by maintaining designated operational documents and resources
- Performs data entry, generates routine reports, and assists with monitoring documentation practices to support agency performance and quality initiatives.
- Provides general administrative and technical support to CQI operations and serves as backup support for designated responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
VOCATIONAL/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate’s degree in word processing, secretarial skills, or a closely related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this class requires a minimum of two years of full-time equivalent experience in administrative support.
SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES: Requires a valid driver’s license and driving record in compliance with City Driving Standards.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.
