Join Our Team
We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our domestic and cross-border transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. In this high-impact role, you will help ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of materials and finished goods across multiple regions while partnering cross-functionally to support our growing manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead domestic and international transportation and distribution operations
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods to support production and customers
- Drive cost savings through optimization of freight, routes, and service levels
- Partner with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align logistics with business needs
- Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and process efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and mitigate supply chain risks
- Develop, coach, and support logistics team members
What You Bring
- Strong experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations (manufacturing preferred)
- Proven ability to manage domestic and international freight (parcel, LTL, FTL)
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) and strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience working with carriers, 3PLs, and international shipping operations

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional visits to warehouse, production, and distribution areas.
- Ability to travel occasionally between company locations, vendors, carriers, customers, and industry events.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
