What We're Looking For: The Atomic 7
We hire for and recognize, reward, and grow the people who live our core values. This isn't corporate fine print—it's how we run our shifts, look out for each other, and win together:
- Caring - Put People First: We care deeply about our guests, our teammates, and the work we do. This means noticing guest needs before they ask and jumping in to help a teammate when the line gets slammed.
- Gritty - Show Passion and Perseverance: We bring serious determination to our work. We show up prepared, dependable, and ready to dominate a busy shift.
- Genuine - Communicate with Authenticity: We talk straight and treat everyone with respect. We speak openly with leaders and peers, and we give and receive constructive feedback so we can all get better.
- Humble - Learn, Support, and Grow: We leave egos at the door and treat mistakes as opportunities to learn. We focus on collective team success rather than personal spotlight.
- Inclusive - Make Everyone Feel Welcome: We value every single person. We treat every guest and coworker with total dignity, ensuring a welcoming, zero-pretension environment where everyone can thrive.
- Gracious - Lead with Kindness and Courtesy: We lead with kindness, even when it's chaotic. We stay calm, patient, and solution-focused when the pressure is on, keeping it professional at all times.
- Honest - Do the Right Thing: We act with integrity, plain and simple. We do the right thing and accurately follow our shift, timekeeping, and safety procedures—even when no one is watching.
A Note on How We Coach: We don't expect perfection, but we do expect effort. We use these 7 traits every day to coach our teams, celebrate wins, and adjust behaviors when we miss the mark.
