Job Description
StenTech's location in Derry, NH is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with CNC machining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.
The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, producing parts according to engineering drawings and specifications, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with engineers and production team members, you'll help maintain efficient manufacturing processes while supporting a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and calibrate CNC equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Monitor machining operations to verify quality, accuracy, and production requirements are met.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools and basic mathematical calculations to verify part dimensions.
- Operate hand tools, panel saws, and other production equipment safely and effectively.
- Fabricate parts and fixtures using a variety of materials.
- Package finished products for shipment or storage as required.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team members to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

and Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should possess one or more of the following:
- Previous CNC Operator or related manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience fabricating parts using a variety of materials.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and machining calculations.
- Equivalent combination of manufacturing experience and technical training.
