Senior Dynamics 365 & Business Applications Analyst in Houston, Texas at AES Drilling Fluids LLC

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 & Business Applications Analyst to serve as the primary functional owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management for U.S. operations. This role will partner closely with Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, Information Systems, internal developers, and the corporate D365 team to support business processes, integrations, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone with in-depth knowledge of D365, who enjoys solving operational challenges, and who can help teams use technology more effectively across finance, supply chain, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, and purchasing processes.

About the role:

Work Location: Houston, TX
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Work Arrangement: This is a fully in-office position. Employees are expected to work on-site five (5) days per week.

· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Microsoft Dynamics AX

· Experience configuring D365 business processes

· Experience supporting warehouse and inventory operations

· Experience with D365 security administration

· Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, and finance processes

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and documentation skills
