Job Description Overview

Job Title: Infor XA / Jobscope ERP consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Infor XA / Jobscope ERP consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, optimizing and supporting the various modules within the Infor XA / Jobscope ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of Infor XA / Jobscope ERP system, along with hands-on experience in ERP system deployment and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of the various modules in Infor XA / Jobscope ERP.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvements.
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate ERP with other business applications.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Infor XA / Jobscope enhancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, with at least 3 years working with Infor XA / Jobscope ERP.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Infor XA / Jobscope modules.
• Experience with ERP system integrations and data migrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Infor XA / Jobscope certification or relevant ERP certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
