Night Supervisor – Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati in Florence, Ohio at Environment Control Southwest Ohio Incorporated

Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach.

You don’t need years of supervisory experience to be successful in this position.

We can teach you the cleaning and operational side of the job. What we really value is who you are, how you treat people, and your willingness to learn.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Cleaning or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation / your own vehicle

• Comfortable traveling between accounts

• Dependable and able to work evening hours

• Train and retrain employees when needed

• Inspect buildings and cleaning quality

• Follow up on customer requests and concerns

• Help with staffing and coverage when needed

• Communicate with Controllers and management

• Support employees with questions or operational issues

• Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs

• Complete daily operations reports

• Help develop and support employees as the area grows

Full-Time

Typically 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with some flexibility in start time.

Some weekend work may be needed for coverage.

• $16.00/hour
