Job Description
Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer & Drain Cleaning in 1980. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received
- Dispatch and Debrief service technicians after completion of each call when needed
- Organize dispatch board/technicians' schedule
- Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log
- Calculate reporting information for arrival times
- Handle changes in policies
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience as a Dispatcher
- Exceptional customer service
- Service Titan experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
- Climate-controlled Office setting.
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 26 USD per hour(San Diego)
