Job Summary:

The Warehouse, Customs & Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, customs documentation, and logistics execution for AI server, rack integration, and high-performance computing products. This role supports receiving, put-away, kitting, line replenishment, shipping, finished goods handoff, shipment tracking, customs documentation, carrier coordination, and logistics issue resolution. The Specialist works closely with Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Material Control, Procurement, Production, Quality, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customer-facing teams to support production continuity and customer delivery commitments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support warehouse, customs, and logistics execution for AI server and rack integration programs, including receiving, put-away, storage, kitting, line replenishment, shipping, and finished-goods handoff.
  • Process and verify material receipts, shipment documents, packing lists, inventory transactions, warehouse system updates, material labeling, packaging, and physical movement activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, location audits, transaction review, discrepancy investigation, corrective actions, and organized warehouse operating records.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams; track shipment status, clearance, priorities, and logistics exceptions.
  • Prepare shipping and customs documentation, support import/export compliance, and drive timely recovery actions for urgent shipments, material expedites, delivery delays, and cross-functional issues.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required.
  • Relevant training or certification in warehouse operations, inventory control, import/export compliance, shipping, or logistics preferred.

Experience:

  • More than three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, customs coordination, shipping/receiving, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting receiving, put-away, kitting, line replenishment, cycle counts, shipping, inventory transactions, and warehouse system accuracy.
  • Experience coordinating carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipment documentation in electronics manufacturing, server assembly, rack integration, or high-mix environments preferred.
