This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor de Viagens SR based in Brazil.

We are looking for an experienced travel consultant to provide high-quality support for corporate travelers in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
The role focuses on delivering personalized travel solutions, handling complex requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
You will act as a trusted advisor for executives and business travelers, supporting domestic and international travel arrangements.
This position requires strong knowledge of travel operations, airline processes, and international travel requirements.
You will combine operational expertise, customer service excellence, and problem-solving skills to optimize every travel journey.
Working remotely in a 12x36 schedule, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for managing corporate travel requests, providing specialized consulting, and ensuring smooth execution of travel services. The professional will support high-value clients while maintaining service quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide premium customer service to executives, directors, and corporate travelers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Manage complex travel requests, including flight changes, cancellations, rebookings, special services, passenger adjustments, pet travel, overbooking situations, and emergency cases.
  • Handle hotel-related requests such as guest changes, additional services, reservations, and follow-up support.
  • Execute travel bookings and provide personalized guidance regarding destinations, costs, availability, visas, travel insurance, and vaccination requirements.
  • Manage workflow queues and distribute customer requests when needed.
  • Monitor and follow up on special customer cases, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of travel processes through efficient use of technology and operational tools.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate travel consulting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex customer needs with autonomy and attention to detail.

  • Experience working in travel agencies, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
  • Experience planning personalized domestic and international trips.
  • Knowledge of airline booking systems and travel industry platforms, including Amadeus and airline portals such as E-latam, E-Gol, Azul, Passaredo, and Wooba.
  • Knowledge of tourism operator portals and flight consolidators.
  • Advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Higher education completed or in progress.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, customer approach, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong organization and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Availability to work a 12x36 schedule from 8 PM to 8 AM, including weekends and holidays.
