Position Overview
David Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager who not only delivers strong financial performance, but also embodies our long-standing philosophy: David Has Always Been Your Dealer. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience while maximizing finance and insurance opportunities and maintaining full compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-first finance experience

• Present finance, lease, and protection options clearly and ethically

• Offer F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, etc.) using a consultative approach

• Structure and submit deals to lenders to secure competitive approvals

• Ensure accurate, compliant paperwork and timely funding

• Collaborate with the sales team to support a seamless client experience

• Achieve monthly production, penetration, and PVR goals while maintaining high CSI

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of lenders, compliance, and menu selling

• Proven track record of performance and integrity

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
