Job Description:

• Run high-volume recruitment for sales field roles across multiple regions in Indonesia.

• Maintain assessment tools/rubrics to evaluate competency, personality fit, and potential for long-term performance.

• Partner with hiring managers to define quality benchmarks for each role

• Analyze assessment results and provide data-backed hiring recommendations

• Track and report quality-of-hire metrics (e.g., early attrition, performance post-hire) to continuously refine the assessment process

• Collaborate with the mass-hiring team to ensure a smooth handoff between volume screening and quality assessment stages

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment/hiring, ideally with exposure to structured interviewing or psychometric assessment.

• Strong understanding of competency-based and behavioral interview techniques.

• Good stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with hiring managers

• Having experience in high-volume/ mass hiring is a plus.

• Familiarity with ATS tools.
