Sr. Web Developer in at nFocus Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Web Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, high-quality web applications for federal government clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern web development technologies, Microsoft platforms, Drupal, SharePoint, cloud-based solutions, and DevOps practices. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused applications while providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee code quality through code reviews, development standards, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC, React, jQuery, Drupal, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server and Oracle database objects, including stored procedures and queries.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Travis CI, Cypress, and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, and integration issues.
• Ensure applications meet security, accessibility, and federal compliance requirements, including implementation of claims-based authentication and USWDS standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvement and technical documentation.

Required Experience

• With at least 4 years of experience with overseeing web development and ensuring quality control
• With at least 5 years’ experience with grants and council-related applications
• With at least 5 years’ experience with MVC 5, jQuery, and Nintex K2 automation
• With at least 5 years’ experience with Drupal 8/9/10/11 in Azure, including DevOps automation with Cypress, Travis CI, and Jenkins/Azure DevOps Pipelines
• With at least 5 years’ experience with SharePoint 2016/2019/SE/SPO
• With at least 5 years’ experience writing stored procedures for both SQL Server and Oracle
• With at least 3 years’ experience using React and the United States Web Design System (USWDS)
• Experience with claims-based authentication
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
