Growth & Client Experience Coordinator
Full-Time |
Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm Sunday through Thursday
Location: Bel Air, CA, with some travel

Groza Educational Center is looking for an energetic, professional, and proactive Growth & Client Experience Coordinator to help us grow our impact and strengthen our presence in the community. This is not a typical administrative position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking, and creating opportunities, while also providing exceptional service to the families who interact with our center. Part of your day will be spent supporting front office operations and helping families have a positive experience. The majority of your time will focus on building community relationships, generating qualified leads, increasing local visibility, and supporting the continued growth of our organization.

What You'll Do
• Build relationships with local community
• Represent Groza Educational Center at networking and community events
• Help generate qualified leads and referral opportunities
• Support local outreach and visibility efforts
• Welcome families and visitors to the center
• Manage multiple schedules, calendars, and priorities with accuracy and ease
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
• Help create an exceptional experience for every family who interacts with Groza

• Skilled at identifying grassroots marketing opportunities and developing creative local marketing initiatives
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Comfortable interacting with parents, educators, and community leaders
• Strong customer service mindset
• Positive attitude and growth-oriented mentality
• Able to work full-time, Sunday through Thursday, in person at the center
Requirements:Qualifications
- At least 1 year of front office, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: you are clear, warm, and professional in every interaction.
- Background in education, tutoring, or working with children and families a significant plus.
- CRM experience and comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Leadmailbox)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in admissions, sales, business development, or community outreach strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple schedules, calendars, and competing priorities simultaneously with accuracy.
