- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking all lead activity.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and structured communication.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, improve targeting, and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies and positioning.
- Support additional business operations and administrative tasks as needed to drive sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation roles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities across written and verbal channels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
