As our Business Development Specialist, you'll be the voice of our company, managing customer communications and ensuring our service bays stay filled. You'll drive our business forward by creating exceptional customer experiences that keep clients coming back.

Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Manage our service schedule to maximize efficiency
- Conduct follow-up calls and create future appointments
- Respond to all customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat
- Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience
- Add documentation of SOP’s
- Work as my assistant
