This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling partnerships function within a high-growth consumer brand operating across DTC, retail, and emerging channels. You will be responsible for keeping partnership operations structured, efficient, and highly organized as the team expands rapidly. This is a highly visible role where your systems and coordination directly impact campaign success and scalability. You will play a critical part in enabling the partnerships team to grow efficiently and consistently deliver results.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the central coordination point for all partnership communications, ensuring timely and professional follow-up with creators, athletes, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign coordination, including timelines, creative briefs, deliverable tracking, and approval workflows.
  • Oversee contract administration, including signature collection, document organization, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update partnership databases, CRM systems, trackers, and reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track partnership performance metrics, campaign activity, and operational KPIs to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
  • Organize and maintain all partnership-related assets, communication history, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to workflows, systems, and operational processes as the function grows.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including professional email etiquette and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a self-starter mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools, systems, and workflows in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience in operations, project coordination, partnerships support, or administrative roles in a high-growth setting is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $65,000–$75,000 annually
  • Remote-first work environment with full flexibility
  • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance (with partial dependent coverage)
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions
  • 15 PTO days annually (prorated), plus 9 company holidays and your birthday off
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Annual $200 wellness or membership benefit
  • Strong autonomy and ownership over your work and systems
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities
