Parts Advisor

Looking for more than just another parts counter job?
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join one of West Michigan's fastest-growing dealership groups. If you enjoy working with a great team, take pride in doing things the right way, and want a career with room to grow, we'd like to meet you.

Whether you're an experienced Chrysler Parts Advisor or have dealership parts experience with another manufacturer, we want to talk.

What You'll Do
  • Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests
  • Help retail and wholesale customers professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory and parts lookups
  • Work with a team committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Keep the parts department organized and operating efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Chrysler parts experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player who wants to grow professionally
