Requirements:

This role requires strong experience at the intersection of product management, enterprise SaaS, and healthcare interoperability, with the ability to operate comfortably in both strategic and execution-heavy environments.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within healthcare technology or data interoperability platforms

  • Proven success in bringing B2B products to market, including GTM strategy, segmentation, and pipeline support
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical architecture, APIs, and data workflows
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex technical and commercial concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience balancing strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, including commercial, technical, and executive teams
  • Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Slack, and AI-assisted tools)
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with additional stock options and performance-based incentives
  • Fully remote-first work environment (US-based) with flexibility and autonomy
  • Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and recurring recharge time for extended rest periods
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits
