This is a high-impact strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing pricing, contracting, and channel strategies across a major portfolio of pharmaceutical products in the U.S. healthcare market. You will operate at the intersection of market access, commercial strategy, and cross-functional business leadership, driving decisions that directly influence product performance, profitability, and patient access. The role requires deep expertise in healthcare economics and payer dynamics, as well as the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable commercial strategies. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, medical, and trade teams to design and implement value-based pricing and contracting frameworks. This is a highly visible position where strategic thinking, negotiation strength, and cross-functional influence are essential. Your work will help shape how critical therapies are positioned and accessed across key accounts and payer channels.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of account-specific and portfolio-level pricing, contracting, and channel strategies aligned with commercial and business unit objectives
  • Drive strategic engagement with large accounts, building deep relationships to gather insights, inform positioning, and support negotiation of complex payer and customer contracts
  • Design and execute gross and net pricing strategies, ensuring optimal patient access, reimbursement outcomes, and business profitability
  • Oversee end-to-end contracting processes, including financial evaluation, scenario modeling, negotiation support, and contract execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, medical, trade, and market access teams to ensure alignment on pricing and commercialization strategies
  • Conduct market, competitor, and stakeholder analysis to inform launch and lifecycle pricing strategies for inline and pipeline products
  • Lead the development and refinement of value-based and outcomes-driven contracting approaches across key accounts
  • Provide strategic input into US market access planning, including payer dynamics, reimbursement models, and commercialization pathways

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, market access, consulting, pharmacy, or payer-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare economics, reimbursement systems, and pharmaceutical value chain dynamics
  • Deep experience with payer landscapes including PBMs, Medicare Part D, Medicare Part B, and commercial health plans
  • Proven ability to develop and negotiate complex healthcare contracts and pricing agreements
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including scenario planning and pricing evaluation
  • Experience translating market insights into actionable commercial and access strategies
  • Inspirational leadership mindset with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and results orientation
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from approximately $194,600 to $361,400
  • Performance-based bonus and eligibility for annual equity awards (depending on role level)
  • Comprehensive U.S. benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution and matching
  • Generous paid time off including vacation, personal days, holidays, and additional leave options
  • Opportunity to work in a highly strategic, enterprise-level commercial leadership role
  • Exposure to senior executive leadership and cross-functional decision-making
  • Remote flexibility within the United States (with potential travel requirements up to 25%)
