As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering successful software implementations and technical solutions for enterprise clients. Working as part of a collaborative Professional Services team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by designing scalable solutions, leading integrations, and supporting customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on customer success. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern SaaS technologies, contribute to process improvements, and shape innovative service offerings in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. - Lead technical implementations from project kickoff through successful deployment, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer support.
- Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements, translating them into scalable platform configurations and technical solution designs.
- Scope custom technical projects, develop implementation plans, and coordinate project delivery with internal technical and development teams.
- Design and support integrations using APIs, REST services, flat files, and third-party applications to meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Define platform architecture, deliver platform audits, and recommend best practices to optimize customer deployments.
- Develop reusable tools, documentation, and scalable processes that improve implementation quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service offerings, contribute to the knowledge base, and support new integration opportunities.
- Present technical solutions and platform capabilities to customers, prospects, and technology partners while promoting adoption and long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, technical project management, sales engineering, technical account management, developer relations, business analysis, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST integrations, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and modern web applications.
- Experience developing technical solutions, scoping implementation projects, and delivering complex customer engagements.
- Programming experience with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional, remote teams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies is considered an asset.
