This role is a patient-facing, digital-first coordination position focused on helping individuals begin and navigate their wellness journey through text-based and occasional phone communication. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing empathetic, clear, and timely support while guiding them toward appropriate care pathways. Operating in a remote and flexible environment, you will balance responsiveness with autonomy, ensuring high-quality engagement during core availability hours. The role blends communication, coordination, and light administrative work across digital tools and scheduling platforms. It is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful human interaction, values organization, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote support environment. Your work will directly contribute to improving access to wellness and telehealth services.
Serve as the primary first point of contact for inbound patient inquiries via SMS, ensuring prompt, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Respond to messages in a timely manner, asking thoughtful questions to understand patient needs and guide next steps.
- Schedule appointments and consultations using tools such as Calendly and other booking systems.
- Provide occasional phone-based support when deeper engagement or clarification is required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM and scheduling platforms.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective patients through consistent, supportive communication.
- Send follow-ups and reminders to ensure continuity of care and engagement.
- Coordinate effectively within digital workflows to ensure smooth patient onboarding experiences.
Prior experience in customer support, patient coordination, administrative assistance, or client-facing digital communication roles is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence when interacting with individuals seeking wellness or healthcare support.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and messaging applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to remain responsive during defined daytime availability windows (East Coast-aligned hours).
- Interest in telehealth, wellness, healthcare support, or patient advocacy is highly valued.
- Self-starter mindset with reliability and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bonus: prior experience in healthcare coordination, telehealth support, or high-volume customer engagement roles.
- Fully remote, part-time role with flexible scheduling.
