This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ABA Recruiter based in the United States.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support high-volume hiring across designated markets.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offers, and candidate follow-up.
The role focuses primarily on recruiting Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
You will work closely with operations, HR, and local teams to understand staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality services for children and their families.

- Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians across designated areas.
- Source qualified candidates through applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, make offers, and maintain consistent follow-up communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with operations, HR, and local teams to identify current and upcoming staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate activity, job postings, and recruitment information within the ATS.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Represent the organization professionally and contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- 1–2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, with prior Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally within remote healthcare or ABA environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidates, priorities, and requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with tools such as Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet, and ADP.
- Experience working with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Competitive annual salary of $50,000–$55,000.
