Nashville - Davidson County - Speech-Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | School-Based

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Thrive Therapies Group is looking for Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing team and support K12 students.

Support for Clinical Fellows

What You'll Do

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop measurable, student-centered IEP goals
  • Provide individual and small-group therapy
  • Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes

What You'll Bring

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
  • CCC-SLP or active Clinical Fellowship with Thrive-provided supervision
  • Active Tennessee (TN) SLP license, or documented initiation of licensure transfer
  • Knowledge of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based SLP services
  • Strong clinical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

School-based and AAC experience are preferred. Bilingual Spanish SLPs are strongly encouraged to apply.
