• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and enterprise platform initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success measures, ensuring alignment with strategic business and technology priorities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, governance materials, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Manage cross-functional resources and geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and progress toward delivery objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing clear and actionable updates on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams, translating complex technology topics into clear business outcomes and benefits.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, security policies, and applicable requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and financial reporting in line with approved business cases and delivery expectations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, Statements of Work, supplier performance, and commercial commitments.
• Track benefits realization and ensure projects deliver measurable value and operational improvements.
• Lead project closure and ensure effective transition of completed solutions and services to operational teams.
• Mentor junior project managers, encourage knowledge sharing and lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement across project delivery practices.

• 7+ years of professional experience delivering complex IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within global or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, and modern project delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders, executive sponsors, external vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in project planning, governance, risk and issue management, financial control, scheduling, and delivery reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to business and executive audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure, fast-changing environments while managing competing priorities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes, value realization, and delivery quality.
• Good understanding of organizational change and its impact on business operations and technology adoption.
• Experience working within an enterprise PMO or structured governance environment is preferred.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
