Are you passionate about health and fitness? Do you enjoy helping people achieve their goals? GymTonic is looking for a motivated Membership Advisor to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential members. In this role, you’ll use your sales and customer service skills to welcome new members, recommend fitness programs, and help people reach their wellness goals.

Why This Role Matters:
As a Membership Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping new members start their fitness journey at GymTonic. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, help people find the right membership for their needs, and contribute to our vibrant fitness community.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet potential members, learn about their fitness goals, and recommend memberships, personal training, and other services.
• Conduct personalized needs assessments to help clients choose the best programs for their goals.
• Present membership options and packages, highlighting benefits and explaining promotions.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial consultation to processing memberships and handling payments.
• Stay updated on GymTonic’s offerings, including fitness programs, personal training, and special events.
• Follow up with leads, maintain relationships with members, and provide exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally in fitness or wellness (preferred but not required).
• A passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks, including managing membership records and using point-of-sale systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
