The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum is dedicated to preserving Henry Flagler’s legacy and celebrating America’s Gilded Age—a time that helped shape our nation’s prosperity and generosity. We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships
• Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Greet and assist visitors with tour options and materials
• Support museum programs and events

What We’re Looking For

• Professional, engaging communication skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
• Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience
• Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–15 lbs
• Commitment to a minimum 3-day rotation
