This leadership role is an opportunity to shape paid social strategy and performance for ambitious, high-growth brands. You will work closely with senior media leaders while managing and developing a talented team of paid social specialists. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on platform expertise, client leadership, and people management. You will help translate business objectives into innovative social strategies across the full funnel, from awareness through direct response. As a senior client partner, you will influence major presentations, strategic planning, optimization, and performance recommendations. - Lead and develop a team of paid social professionals through ongoing mentorship, coaching, feedback, and guidance on platform and media best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives, audiences, challenges, and opportunities across your client portfolio.
- Lead the strategy, planning, activation, and execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals.
- Provide strategic leadership across Meta platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, translating business objectives into effective paid social strategies and direct-response tactics.
- Stay current on platform developments, industry trends, testing opportunities, and agency best practices, ensuring recommendations remain innovative and effective.
- Act as a senior escalation point for client issues, providing guidance to account teams and stepping in directly when necessary to resolve challenges and protect client relationships.
- Contribute to major client deliverables, including executive presentations, business and quarterly reviews, annual planning, strategy meetings, and performance discussions.
- Audit campaign analytics and reporting to identify actionable insights, optimization opportunities, and recommendations that support business growth.
- Guide upper-funnel campaign strategy and use Brand Lift Studies and other measurement approaches to inform optimization and future planning.
- Establish clear career paths, development objectives, and succession plans while helping team members progress into more senior roles.
- Partner across disciplines to strengthen integrated client strategies and ensure paid social recommendations contribute to broader business objectives.
- 6+ years of paid social experience, including at least 4 years in a client-facing media, advertising, or marketing role.
- Proven experience managing at least two direct reports or team members, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent toward more senior responsibilities.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and the ability to communicate paid social objectives, performance targets, and direct-response strategies effectively to clients.
- Strong understanding of both strategic and tactical paid social campaign management, with the ability to work at a detailed execution level when required.
- Demonstrated experience developing upper-funnel campaign strategies and implementing or interpreting Brand Lift Studies to guide optimization and future planning.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to audit campaign performance, interpret media data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present complex strategies and insights to senior client stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of execution.
- A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to experiment, challenge assumptions, and identify new opportunities for client growth.
- Competitive annual base salary of $96,000–$120,000 USD for U.S. remote employees, depending on experience, expertise, location, and organizational impact.
