Job Description
Join our team and help support Goodwill’s mission while building valuable retail, customer service, and production experience. We are hiring for multiple positions throughout the Savannah area, including Retail Associate, Donation Processing Associate, and Donation Warehouse Associate.

Retail Associate: As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will be supporting retail operations by assisting customers, processing transactions, and managing merchandise.
Donation Processing Associate: As a Donation Processing Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the processing of donated goods. This role involves sorting, grading, meeting KPIs, and handling donations while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Donation Warehouse Associate: As a Donation Warehouse Associate, you will be the first point of contact for donors and customers, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service. You will assist with the unloading and categorization of donations, maintain clean and organized work areas, and keep accurate records of donations, all while ensuring safety and security practices are followed.
