This role sits at the center of advanced IT operations automation and enterprise service management transformation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that integrate multiple monitoring and infrastructure tools into a unified, intelligent workflow. Working in a highly technical and collaborative environment, you will help evolve IT operations from reactive incident handling to predictive, automated, and value-driven service delivery. The position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and ITOM/ITSM ecosystems, with a focus on building scalable and resilient solutions. You will play a key role in connecting observability platforms to ServiceNow, ensuring seamless event-to-resolution flows. - Design and build ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and IntegrationHub spokes to normalize and process external monitoring data
- Configure event management rules to transform alerts into incidents, ensuring proper CI and service enrichment based on CMDB and CSDM standards
- Develop automated workflows and orchestration playbooks using Flow Designer to streamline operational response processes
- Implement SLAs, assignment rules, and prioritization logic based on impact and urgency matrices
- Create and execute unit and integration tests for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring stability and performance optimization
- Build dashboards and operational views to monitor incidents, service health, and major incident management metrics in real time
- Configure advanced capabilities such as Now Assist, AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and automated escalation rules
- Maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures for on-call support
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
- 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong focus on ITOM and ITSM modules
- Mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification
- Strong knowledge of Event Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and ITAM modules
- Solid understanding of CMDB architecture and CSDM framework (alert → CI → service mapping)
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, JSON, ServiceNow Studio, and Transform Maps
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, IntegrationHub, and tools like Postman
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Zabbix
- Experience with Flow Designer, AIOps, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4, COBIT, IT4IT, and change/control best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues
