This role focuses on driving enterprise-scale Configuration Management and modern DevOps practices across complex, high-impact healthcare technology environments. You will play a key part in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, strengthening DevSecOps integration, and enabling seamless release engineering across distributed systems. The position involves working on large-scale modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy source control systems to Git-based platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, QA, and release teams to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and governance. The environment is highly technical and automation-driven, with strong emphasis on cloud-native practices and continuous improvement. • Manage and maintain source control systems including Azure DevOps (TFVC/Git) and GitHub Enterprise, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to enable efficient build and deployment workflows.
• Define and enforce branching strategies, repository standards, PR policies, and release management processes across teams.
• Lead or support migration initiatives such as TFVC to GitHub and broader CI/CD modernization programs.
• Integrate DevSecOps tools like Checkmarx, Mend (WhiteSource), GitHub Advanced Security, and Dependabot into automated pipelines.
• Develop and maintain MSI/MSP/MSIX installer packages using InstallShield and support deployment automation.
• Automate infrastructure, build, and release operations using PowerShell, YAML, Terraform, and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across source control, CI/CD pipelines, packaging, cloud infrastructure, and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Security, Hosting, and Release Engineering.

• 8+ years of experience in Configuration Management, DevOps, or Build & Release Engineering within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps (Server & Services), GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline design, branching strategies, release management, and repository governance.
• Proven experience in DevSecOps tool integration, including security scanning and dependency management tools.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and automation experience with YAML and related tooling.
• Solid experience with Terraform, Azure Cloud services, and Azure Key Vault for infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in InstallShield and MSI/MSP/MSIX packaging and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in complex distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or large-scale product-based enterprise environments and modernization initiatives such as GitHub migration or .NET upgrades.
