This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Atlassian ecosystem transformations across Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket platforms. You will be responsible for enabling seamless migrations from Data Center to Cloud environments, ensuring performance, stability, and data integrity throughout the transition lifecycle. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to assess existing systems, define migration strategies, and execute complex enterprise-grade upgrades. You will play a key role in troubleshooting technical challenges, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth adoption of Atlassian Cloud solutions. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role where your expertise directly influences platform scalability and user experience. • Plan, execute, and support Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations across Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments.
• Perform detailed environment assessments, risk analysis, and migration readiness evaluations.
• Execute pre-migration activities including data cleanup, validation, and system optimization.
• Ensure smooth cutover and minimal downtime during production migration events.
• Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Define and implement migration strategies, tools, and frameworks aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation covering migration processes, standards, and lessons learned.
• Support UAT cycles and production rollout activities.
• Continuously identify process improvements and optimize migration methodologies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT with strong focus on Atlassian administration and engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Experience working with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Proven expertise in Atlassian Cloud migration projects including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA, CCMA), APIs, and related utilities.
• Strong understanding of user management, permissions, workflows, and system customizations.
• Knowledge of data integrity, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during migration activities.
• Ability to assess complex environments and define end-to-end migration strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes, standards, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
