This role is a key regional growth driver, responsible for translating global marketing strategy into high-impact execution across the assigned territory. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technical enablement, turning strategic objectives into measurable commercial outcomes. The position focuses on accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships within high-value semiconductor and electronics ecosystems. You will work closely with sales, distribution partners, and global account teams to convert pipeline opportunities into design wins and long-term revenue. At the same time, you will gather critical market intelligence and feed it back into global strategy and product development discussions. This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute regional marketing strategies by adapting global priorities to local market needs, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Own regional KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline development, market share expansion, and profitability across assigned segments and accounts.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives and regional campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Identify new customer segments and opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
  • Act as the voice of the region by feeding customer and market feedback into global product and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to accelerate deal progression from design-in to design-win.
  • Optimize pricing and commercial positioning for regional opportunities while maintaining global margin alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure seamless customer execution.
  • Track and report regional performance metrics, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions to improve outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical sales, or field application engineering within semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, device physics, and technical product positioning.
  • Proven ability to work in regional or field-based commercial roles combining marketing and sales responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market and performance data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Competitive retirement savings plan with company match (401K)
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Strong career development and international growth opportunities
  • Education support and wellness programs
  • Work-life balance in a flexible, global environment
  • Inclusive workplace culture with employee resource groups and diversity initiatives
  • Opportunity to work in a high-tech, innovation-driven semiconductor industry
