What You’ll Be Doing:

· Stock and stage “fresh” merchandise onto the sales floor

· Use Z-racks and carts to organize clothing, hardlines, and décor

· Create visually appealing displays and maintain store sections

· Size, sort, and straighten items on the sales floor

· Remove outdated or damaged items as directed by management

· Keep fitting rooms and checkout areas clean and tidy

· Dust, sanitize, sweep, mop, and make the store sparkle

· Re-merchandise misplaced items (soft/hard lines)

· Support team members and contribute to a positive store vibe

· Represent Goodwill with professionalism, dignity, and respect

What We’re Looking For:

· A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail

· Basic communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Reliable transportation

· Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and stand for extended periods

· Willingness to follow safety and store procedures

Experience in merchandising or decorating is a plus—but not required!

Position Details

· Part-Time | 20–25 hours per week

· Some evening and weekend shifts may be required

· Flexibility available with supervisor approval

· This is a non-exempt (hourly) position

Work Environment

You’ll be on your feet, interacting with merchandise, customers, and team members in a fast-paced store setting. We provide a supportive environment and reasonable accommodations as needed.
