The role requires strong creative thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to confidently lead client conversations at an executive level. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to transform ideas into execution-ready plans that deliver measurable results. - Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for multiple childcare client accounts across multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead client-facing strategic discussions, guiding decision-making and long-term growth planning.
- Define KPIs, campaign success metrics, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies using tools such as GA4 and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, coordinators, and specialists) to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of marketing and childcare industry trends to introduce innovative ideas and approaches.
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple clients.
- Strong ability to lead client relationships and confidently present strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance outcomes.
- High proficiency with Google Suite and digital marketing tools, including analytics platforms such as GA4.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
