Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across key enterprise accounts, driving revenue expansion and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
  • Identify and engage senior stakeholders within client organizations to deepen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level marketing leaders, providing strategic recommendations related to digital transformation, customer experience, branding, and marketing innovation.
  • Oversee integrated account teams to ensure high-quality execution, operational excellence, and delivery of measurable business results.
  • Manage account financial performance, including forecasting, profitability, margin optimization, and scope management.
  • Develop innovative, digitally driven solutions tailored to evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, technology, and data teams to deliver cohesive and impactful client solutions.
  • Mentor and develop account management talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and industry expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes, contract standards, and organizational best practices across managed accounts.
Requirements:
  • 12–14 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in client or account management leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing and growing enterprise-level client relationships while driving strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, customer experience, technology platforms, and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams in agency, consulting, or client-service environments.
  • Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, account growth, contract negotiation, and profitability management.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary marketing trends, customer engagement strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments including marketing, technology, product, and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
