This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FSE for MRI + CT in India.
This role is a field-based technical position focused on ensuring the reliable installation, maintenance, and performance of advanced MRI and CT imaging systems across assigned customer sites. You will play a critical part in supporting healthcare providers by keeping essential diagnostic equipment operational, safe, and compliant with industry standards. Working closely with customers, service teams, and territory managers, you will handle both preventive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring high system uptime. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset in a highly regulated medical technology environment. You will also contribute to system installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities, directly impacting patient care delivery. This is a hands-on role combining engineering, service excellence, and field operations in the healthcare imaging space.
- Ensure effective execution of service delivery processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance for MRI and CT systems within assigned territories.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and handover of medical imaging systems while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Execute corrective maintenance activities and complete preventive maintenance schedules within defined timelines.
- Record and report all service activities, including call closures, PMs, installations, FCOs, and technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage escalation of technical issues through appropriate channels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor system uptime, identify recurring issues, and report field problems or product quality concerns to higher management.
- Support key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Assist in spare parts coordination, system upgrades, and customer-facing technical support activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in Engineering, Medical, Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, network diagnostics, system connectivity, or remote service within a technical or medical environment; prior MRI field service experience is required.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical problem-solving in complex systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, repair, maintenance, and service operations for medical or imaging equipment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and healthcare service protocols.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and KPI monitoring skills.
- Excellent escalation management and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently in field environments while coordinating with cross-functional technical teams.
