  • Manage escalation of technical issues through appropriate channels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor system uptime, identify recurring issues, and report field problems or product quality concerns to higher management.
  • Support key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Assist in spare parts coordination, system upgrades, and customer-facing technical support activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in Engineering, Medical, Science, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, network diagnostics, system connectivity, or remote service within a technical or medical environment; prior MRI field service experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical problem-solving in complex systems.
  • Hands-on experience in installation, repair, maintenance, and service operations for medical or imaging equipment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and healthcare service protocols.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and KPI monitoring skills.
  • Excellent escalation management and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently in field environments while coordinating with cross-functional technical teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards.
  • Opportunity to work with advanced medical imaging technologies (MRI and CT systems).
  • Field-based role with direct impact on healthcare delivery and patient diagnostics.
  • Professional growth in a global healthcare technology environment.
