Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams. This role ensures smooth production flow, maintains equipment readiness, debugs electrical circuits, and responds quickly to real-time assembly issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, electro‑mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to production issues during assembly and assist with troubleshootingCollaborate with operators, quality, and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and quality concernsSupport continuous improvement initiatives on the production floorSet up equipment and assets for new or existing production linesAssist with equipment upgrades, relocations, and configuration changesPerform light preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipmentMaintain inventory of spare parts and consumablesCoordinate repairs and upgrades with operations and engineeringDebug and troubleshoot electrical circuits (sensors, wiring, low‑voltage systems, control components)Assist engineers in diagnosing electrical failures and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
Skillset
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field2+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical support, or electro‑mechanical assemblyExperience debugging and troubleshooting electrical circuits using diagnostic tools (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical componentsAbility to read technical drawings and follow work instructionsFamiliarity with equipment setup and troubleshooting techniquesSAP or ERP experience is a plusBasic Microsoft Office skillsStrong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilitiesHands-on, structured, and proactive mindset
