Analista de Digital Analytics JR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Digital Analytics JR based in Brazil.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Digital Analytics professional looking to deepen their technical expertise in digital measurement and data-driven performance.
You will support the implementation, validation, and monitoring of tracking across multiple digital environments and client accounts.
The role combines hands-on work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, and data quality processes.
You will help transform digital data into clear insights that support Growth Marketing, CRO, Media, and business decisions.
Working alongside senior analysts and data specialists, you will gain exposure to diverse projects, industries, and measurement challenges.

Accountabilities:
  • Implement, configure, adjust, and validate tags and tracking events using Google Tag Manager.
  • Perform tracking quality assurance, checking event triggers, parameters, and dataLayer implementation.
  • Extract, organize, and analyze data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and related digital analytics platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and update performance dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
  • Support tracking audits and reconcile metrics across different data sources to identify inconsistencies and improve data reliability.
  • Document measurement plans, event definitions, and data dictionaries to ensure consistent tracking standards.
  • Support analyses related to conversion funnels, user behavior, and channel attribution.
  • Collaborate with CRO, Growth Marketing, and Media teams to interpret performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager through an internship, trainee program, or first junior-level role.
  • Basic understanding of dataLayer structures, tracking events, GA4 reports, conversions, tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, BigQuery, and digital data environments.
  • Fluent Portuguese and intermediate English, particularly for reading technical documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Google certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge or certification in Adobe Analytics, basic SQL skills, familiarity with LGPD and consent management, advanced English, or experience with e-commerce and multi-brand operations will be considered advantageous.
