From automobile development to smart factories, our Swiss-designed sensor solutions are driving the future of electrified drive technology, industrial automation, and emission reduction.Purpose of the PositionA Production Technician at Kistler Instrument Corp performs all the assembly, testing, calibration, and/or inspection operations required to manufacture Kistler products. They work under guidance of the Production Supervisor and collaborate closely with production engineering.Main TasksAssemble and test products according to product documentation (assembly instructions, test procedures, engineering drawings, etc.)Perform assembly operations such as soldering, mechanical fastening, and/or adhesive bonding under a microscope using small tools (tweezers, soldering irons, etc.)Ensure product quality by performing visual inspections, functional tests, and/or calibrationsBasic operation of equipment necessary to assemble, test, and/or calibrate transducers (welders, bead blasters, shakers, oscilloscopes, etc.)
