Yard Support Assistant in Wrightstown, New Jersey at RTX Recycling LLC

About the Position

RTX Recycling LLC is seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Support team member to assist with daily yard operations. This role supports material handling, site organization, equipment movement, and general labor tasks essential to smooth recycling operations. As with other operational roles, the ideal candidate is safety-conscious and comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling & Yard Operations

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving recyclable materials throughout the yard.
• Support equipment operators by preparing materials and maintaining workflow.
• Keep yard areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Perform basic inspections of yard tools and equipment.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.

Site Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of yard pathways, storage areas, and work zones.
• Assist with organizing materials and staging loads for processing or shipment.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all yard safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain awareness of moving equipment and ensure safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience in yard labor, recycling, or warehouse environments is a plus.

Expected Hours: 40 per week
