Dynamic Integrated Security (DIS) is currently seeking a dependable, attentive, and safety-conscious Crossing Guard to join our team in Dekalb Prep Academy.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the community and is committed to helping keep children, pedestrians, and motorists safe around designated school crossing areas.

The schedule will be from
7:30am to 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Position Overview
The Crossing Guard is responsible for assisting children and pedestrians in safely navigating designated streets and intersections. The ideal candidate must remain alert, follow established safety procedures, communicate effectively with motorists and pedestrians, and maintain a professional presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist children, students, and pedestrians in safely crossing designated streets and intersections.
• Monitor traffic and identify potential safety hazards.
• Help ensure pedestrians use designated crosswalks and follow established crossing procedures.
• Signal motorists to stop when appropriate and in accordance with established procedures.
• Remain alert and attentive to changing traffic and environmental conditions.
• Maintain a safe and orderly crossing environment.
• Report unsafe conditions, traffic hazards, damaged equipment, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor while representing Dynamic Integrated Security.
• Provide excellent service and maintain positive interactions with children, families, motorists, and members of the community.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
