Overview
Client First Technologies is currently seeking a Communications and Outreach Specialist in support of our government customer's enterprise software licensing and vendor management program. The Communications and Outreach Specialist develops and executes communication strategies, maintains program documentation and outreach materials, and coordinates stakeholder engagement activities to keep customer organizations informed and engaged with the program's licensing agreements and services.
This is a full-time, remote position, with occasional requirements to be readily available and physically present at the customer facility in Rockville, MD.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements:- Develop and execute communication strategies to support program awareness and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain licensing agreement documentation, articles, and internal or external communication sites.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and outreach materials, including newsletters
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including monthly collaboration meetings
- Conduct surveys to assess customer demand for potential new enterprise agreements
- Analyze survey results and provide recommendations to program leadership
- Coordinate with technical/development teams to support communication site requirements and content updates
- Support planning and logistics for outreach events, such as vendor days and vendor-provided training
- Collect and summarize customer feedback to inform continuous improvement of communication and outreach activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in stakeholder communications, outreach, or program communications support
- Demonstrated experience developing briefings, presentations, and written outreach materials for varied audiences
- Experience designing and analyzing stakeholder surveys and translating results into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with collaboration and content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required background investigation appropriate to the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating logistics for stakeholder events or training sessions preferred
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required
Required Clearances and Screenings
- This position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Low Risk sensitivity. Candidates with a current Tier 1/Low Risk Background Investigation or equivalent are preferred.
