What You'll Be Doing

•Perform semi-skilled construction labor and support daily field activities under the direction of the Foreman.
•Prepare job sites, set up work areas, clean up debris, and load, unload, move, and secure materials and tools.
•Assist with grout plants, shotcrete hoses, concrete pumps, compressors, generators, and other assigned equipment.
•Operate tools and equipment only when properly trained and authorized.
•Inspect equipment and work areas; use required PPE and promptly report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
•Follow project instructions and work cooperatively with crews, supervisors, and subcontractors.
•Travel to job sites as needed, including overnight assignments.

What We're Looking For

•At least six months as a General Laborer I or one year of semi-skilled construction labor experience.
•Ability to read and write sufficiently to understand safety instructions and required job documentation.
•Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions and work well with others.
•Valid driver’s license
•Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in changing weather and on variable schedules.
•Availability for out-of-town travel Monday through Friday when needed; per diem provided per Company policy.
•Ability to meet applicable pre-employment and Company testing requirements.
Construction experience and a strong commitment to safety are essential.

Physical Requirements

•Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 pounds and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
•Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, and work on uneven surfaces.
•Ability to work outdoors around construction equipment, noise, dust, vibration, and varying weather conditions.
•Follow all Company safety rules and use required personal protective equipment.
