JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate preferred.

Experience: Minimum six (6) months’ work experience preferred.

Certifications: Certificate of Achievement in Employee Food Safety by ServSafe or achieve within 6 months from date of hire.

Safety Sensitive Designation:

This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to perform the following: Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to solve problems and make decisions. Must be able to respond to equipment alarms, such as beepers and timers and read recipes and instruction/procedural manuals. Must be able to occasionally distinguish between sweet and bitter flavors to ensure food quality. Ability to stand and walk up to, or exceeding 8 hours per shift. Ability to bend, squat and twist, and frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds with proper body mechanics. Spend up to two hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse, daily. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
