This role is a high-impact, client-facing strategic sales position focused on managing and growing relationships with credit union clients across the East Coast. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping financial institutions leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to strengthen lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement strategies. The position requires a strong ability to build executive-level relationships, navigate complex financial services environments, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue expansion while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support client success. This is a remote role with significant autonomy, travel expectations, and strong exposure to senior stakeholders in the financial services industry.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of named credit union accounts, building strong executive-level relationships and acting as the primary strategic point of contact.
- Identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities by positioning data, analytics, software, and risk management solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop account strategies, sales forecasts, and pipeline plans to support revenue growth and long-term partnership expansion.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between client objectives and solution offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, product, and delivery functions to coordinate solutions, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution.
- Advocate for client needs by translating market insights and customer priorities into actionable feedback for internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex solution-selling environments.
- Proven experience managing large, strategic named accounts, preferably within credit unions or banking institutions.
- Strong understanding of risk management, fraud prevention, lending, and analytics solutions within financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to uncover and develop new business opportunities across software, data, and analytics offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and reside in the East Coast or Atlantic region of the United States.
