You will also contribute to shaping scalable content systems, including templates, guidelines, and cross-channel frameworks. This is a client-facing, fast-paced role where strong communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking are essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading content strategy and execution across client accounts, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and effective communication across multiple channels and formats.
- Lead client conversations to define content goals, guide strategic decisions, and present clear recommendations
- Own end-to-end content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, audience needs, and brand voice
- Research industries, audiences, and competitors to inform strategic direction and content development
- Write, edit, and refine high-quality content across formats including web pages, articles, emails, ads, and social content
- Manage multiple client workstreams independently while ensuring timely delivery and editorial excellence
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather feedback, align messaging, and refine content through iterative cycles
- Develop and maintain content frameworks, templates, and guidelines to support scalability and consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams including SEO, paid media, design, and development to deliver integrated campaigns
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through proactive communication and reliable execution
- Identify opportunities to improve content quality, strategy alignment, and overall delivery processes
The ideal candidate is a seasoned content strategist and writer with strong client-facing experience and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading strategic content initiatives
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats and channels
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content
- Confident communicator with experience presenting strategies to senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial quality
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO research and keyword strategy is a plus
- Experience with UX writing principles and tools such as Figma is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools to support workflows while maintaining editorial judgment
- Experience with social content performance optimization and A/B testing is a plus

- Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 annually
